A/W15 Undercover "Klaus Wahnfrieden" Jacket
Super crazy Undercover jacket from Autumn Winter 2015 featuring tons of graphics and references from Jun Takahashi’s legendary SS06 “T” collection.
This jacket is full of details. The “Wahnfrieden” print on the sleeve and back roughly translates to something like “manic peace” and most likely references Klaus Schulze, the legendary German electronic music pioneer, but also Richard Wagner’s “Villa Wahnfried”.
The “Klaus” print on the chest is a direct nod to Klaus Schulze, one of the most important figures in psychedelic and experimental electronic music from the 70s.
The graphic on the left sleeve under the Saturn print looks like some kind of synthesizer/plugin interface and seems to reference an actual module made by “Jürgen Haisle Damujok Phasik”, but I genuinely can’t find much information about it.
Just super unique and extremely rare.
Made in Japan.
