Refund Policy / Returns

All sales are considered final.

Each item is carefully hand-selected, inspected, and described as accurately as possible. We take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before shipping.

All items sold are vintage or secondhand, which means signs of wear, aging, fading, or minor imperfections are normal and should be expected. By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and accept these conditions.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review measurements, photos, and descriptions before purchasing. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us before buying.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period via a clear statement (e.g. email or message).

Return Conditions (Strict Enforcement)

While the legal right of withdrawal exists, returns are not encouraged and will only be accepted under strict conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days after your withdrawal notice

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • The item must be in exactly the same condition as received

  • The original store tag must remain attached, untouched, and unaltered

Any removed, damaged, or tampered tag will automatically void any right to a refund.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received back and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item does not meet the return conditions.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may be withheld until proof of return shipment is provided.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of vintage clothing:

  • Wear, distressing, fading, or small flaws are not considered defects

  • Returns based on fit, personal preference, or subjective expectations are strongly discouraged

  • We do not guarantee that every minor detail is perfectly visible in photos

By purchasing, you agree that the item condition has been sufficiently reviewed.
